There are three main "groups" of user here on the NBC forum.

1. Guests who have NOT registered.
They will be able to VIEW only, and not post topics.

2. Registered users.
These can be ANYONE who wants to register and they can post topics in all forums.

3. NBC Group registered users.
These are signed up NBC members, who have the same rights as 2 above, PLUS they have access to the NBC Privtae forum which can NOT be viewed by groups 1 and 2 above.
