WOW, WOW, WOW, I'm still only half way though the 106 pages, but what a lot of info there is in this game, there will be so much to remember, so much information tucked away.
This looks like a classic "game for life".........JMM must be a genius to have developed this almost on his own, someone said it's a 7 year old game, but I'd be surprised if anything made in 2009 has this much detail in it.
Look at page 51 !.

I agree Gunner
This is definately a game for life, and a labour of love.
Even if there are big problems with it on release, I'm sure JMM will continue indefinately until we have a true Napoleonic Simulation that is near perfect and a benchmark from which all other computer wargames will be measured against.
Our long wait is nearly over. I forsee more aggro from the missus, but it will be worth it!
I'm releived to see that battles can be recorded in this also

There is so much good stuff in it, the only small dis-appointment for me looks to be the "difficult" to operate MP system, the rest, well, even better than expected, so much new information in the manual to take in.

Yes there is a lot to take in and much more that needs to be covered/explained.
I'm looking forward to the remainder of the manual but I expect things will start to make sense when we get to play the demo.
I don't think it will be difficult to play MP, its only getting people together that might be the hard part.
If we are able to prepare for a game on advance then it should help matters.
